What was once a proud, organized Sabbat chapter has long since degenerated into a bickering pack of shovelheads and maniacs. Chianna is the sole remaining elder Sabbat in the group, and she is the only force keeping the sabbat from extinction in the city.  Her safety is assured partly by the Accord of 1903, and partly by the rumours of a massive Vozhd she keeps leashed beneath the city. Should she ever perish, it would awaken and surely spell the end of the Masquerade, if not the Kindred of the city.

    While many Kindred Autarchs in the city will usually side with the Camarilla, Paolo made his Sabbat ties more than clear. While he refused to accept Chianna's rule, or live within their lair, he enjoyed the protection of the Accord and the allegiance of many of the Sabbat shovelheads.
    Despite all that, Paolo did his best to stay out of trouble. He mostly stayed within his haven, and he was rumoured to be dabbling in Necromancy and Dark Thaumaturgy. He only emerged to feed or to acquire supplies for his various experiments. It is rumoured that he was murdered hin his haven by the enigmatic Nex.
