Relations between the Kindred and the Garou have always been tense, and the situation in Verdant Falls is about as warm as the two groups can get. In the past decade, something has been stirring the Garou. While they were once content to ignore the Kindred altogether, they are now exercising their rights to passage into Verdant Falls. The Kindred do not know what motivates them, but their curiosity is cause for concern.

Three-Claw / Sam Dupree - Uktena - Pack Leader
Three-Claw is one of the last surviving Mi'kmaq in the area, and is the last of the line of Uktena that have watched over Verdant Falls long before white men came to the Americas. He watches over the Garou in his pack with stern discipline and a short leash. Indeed, there has not been a single breech of the Accord by a Garou since he took command. Like most of his kind, he hates the Kindred with a passion, but he realizes the folly in starting a war with them when his numbers are so small.
Sam Dupree owns a towing service & auto body shop in Riverhead. He is divorced, and his wife and two children currently reside in Montreal. Sam visits his children often, and his trips to Montreal have become more frequent as his eldest daughter reaches puberty, the time when Garou nature begins to manifest.

White Wind / Melissa Gordon - Child of Gaia
Even to the casual observer, it is clear that White Wind is second in command of the pack. She is rarely far behind Three-Claw, and serves as the calm and collected voice of reason to contrast Three-Claw's primal rage. This means they frequently do not see eye to eye. However, as much as Three-Claw hates to admit it, she is usually right.
White Wind is one of the few Garou who chooses to visit Verdant Falls, often to speak with Mr. Seavers or to peruse his books. Her presence in Kindred territory is tolerated by most, but there have been several acts of assault against her. Kindred foolish enough to attack her are quickly reminded that her gentle demeanor can change in an instant, revealing the killing machine beneath. Assailants not killed by her are subsequently executed by the Camarilla - breaches of the accord are not tolerated.
Melissa Gordon is the sister of local celebrity Jim Gordon. She is the administrator and caretaker of the Blue Tree Conservation Centre, just outside the nature preserve. She has drawn considerable attention in the hotricultural world for her impressive arboretum, showcasing flora from all corners of the earth.

Spark-Weaver / Moira Gordon - Glass Walker
Spark-Weaver is the Garou most well-known to the Kindred, for little other reason that she lives and works in Verdant Falls. She does her best to escape the notice of the neonates and stay out of Kindred affairs, and the Kindred that are aware of her usually extend the same courtesy. She is the voice of the Garou on the rare occasions that they must contact the Prince.
Moira Gordon is the wife of Jim Gordon, and mother to their three children. She owns SoftServ, a moderately successful computer business specializing in energy-saving hardware and software solutions. The success of her company has allowed her the time and resources to manage a charity with her husband. The pair are personally responsible for fundraising, an annual food drive, and homeless outreach centres around the city.
Because she is high-profile, outspoken, and well-loved by the public, the Prince has declared any actions against her, ranging from assault to simple harrassment, to be a risk to the Masquerade. Spark-weaver is well aware that she is untouchable by the law-abiding Kindred of the city, and often exploits this fact.

Earthshaker / Craig Bennett - Uktena - MISSING
Earthshaker is big, even for a Garou. Standing at 6'10" in homid form, he is truly a sight to behold when in full Crinos. However, he is no gentle giant.  The rage is strong inside him, and it takes the combined efforts of Three-Claw and White Wind to keep him under control. That being said, his loyalty to them is without question, and there are few Homids with a deeper love of Gaia.
Craig Bennett owns the Black Dog Diner in Riverhead. He's not very personable, but still recieved steady business by virtue of the fact that he has one of the only diners in town. Plus, he's one hell of a good cook.
Earthshaker has been missing ever since the Riverhead Incident.

Steps-in-Shadow / Bobby - Wendigo - MISSING
When Steps-in-Shadow and his sister Smiling Moon were born, it was said that Gaia Herself blessed them both. They are the rarest of rares, Lupus-born Garou siblings. Members from tribes across the country attended their naming ritual, and their existence was praised as a positive sign of things to come.
Thus, the outrage at Smiling Moon's murder at the hands of humans was bitter indeed. Before the circumstances of her death were understood, Garou from across the continent were offering their lives to the Blue Tree pack, should they have to scour the Kindred completely from the city. It was only through White Wind's wise restraint that an all-out war with the Kindred was prevented. Many vampires did not even realize how close they came to oblivion.
Steps-in-Shadow spends most of his time caring for his sister's orphaned cubs, though that duty is shared by all the members of the pack. He has a gentle and sensitive soul, and the pack is worried about the lasting effects of his sister's murder.
Bobby, as he is known to the residents of Riverhead, is a friend of the Gordon family. Occasionally he will be seen in their company, or with Sam Dupree. Nobody is sure where he lives, but some residents have seen him working at the Blue Tree Conservation Centre. The universal consensus is that he is a tad slow in the head, but a generally agreeable person. However, Bobby hasn't come around much this year, and when he does, he doesn't smile as much as he used to.
Steps-In-Shadow refused to heed his pack when warned to avoid Riverhead. He went missing shortly thereafter, while searching the damaged Umbra for his lost friend.

Flamewalker / Heinrich von Braun - Get of Fenris - MISSING
Flamewalker is the newest addition to the pack, yet he has more age and experience than Three-Claw. After the death of Smiling Moon, he came to the pack, requesting to join and watch over the Dead Lands. Although he obeys Three-Claw, he has made it patently clear that he has other motives for joining the pack.
The news of Smiling Moon's murder reached far across the globe, and many kindred began to doubt the ability of her leader to protect his pack members. Flamewalker was one of the first to actually step in and observe Three-Claw's commanding ability. He is the only one thus far to actually be inducted into the pack.
While not openly defiant toward Three-Claw (yet), it is obvious he plans to challenge him for leadership of the pack. Since he pays little regard to the Accord with the Kindred, this change in leadership could be potentially disastrous.
Heinrich von Braun is a wildlife conservationist, and has recently come to the Blue Tree Conservation Centre to collaborate with Melissa Gordon in her efforts to expand the area of protected wilderness.
Flamewalker has been missing ever since the Riverhead Incident.

Wyrmchaser / Tim - Black Spiral Dancer
Wyrmchaser was once called Borealis, and was born into a pack from northern Québec. Unfortunately for him, his parents were both Garou, and Métis were not well-accepted by his clan. His parents were killed, and he was driven from the area. He was forced to wander through the country, avoiding dangerous kindred-run areas and intolerant Garou territory. It was only through luck that he managed to find Verdant Falls, and a caern that would accept him. White-Wind discovered him in the Blue Tree nature preserve one night, and was influential in his eventual induction into the clan.
Borealis, like all Métis, was born with a major defect. His came in the form of a very simple mind. Although rational and able to learn complex concepts, his emotional development never progressed beyond the childlike. He was also cursed with heterochromia, a distinctly dog-like physical trait that earns him the scorn of many proud werewolves.
His trusting and gullible nature was his eventual downfall. After hearing stories of the Wyrm and his fall to corruption, Borealis was filled with sympathy. He sought out umbral agents of the Wyrm, and requested to learn their side of the story. They taught him their ways, and enticed him to dance the Black Spiral. They gave him a new name, and his downfall was complete. He returned to the Caern and attempted to explain his perspective. However, not even White Wind could protect him from the pack's wrath.
They drove him into the city, but he was able to evade them. It was there that he met Hasan and Msizi. In his fear, he attacked them, but the two were easily able to subdue him. When he finally had a chance to explain himself, the pair informed the Blue Tree Caern that he had been found and killed, and allowed the disgraced Garou to live in the dilapidated Fishery. However, recent gentrification has driven him back out on the streets, and the Kindred community's general distaste toward him has left no other refuge. He is forced to pose as a homeless human, scraping by on what little he is able to beg.
