Marcus is the true President of the Alhambra as far as the mortal world is concerned. He inherited the position from the board of mortal Vice Presidents, just as his predecessor had before his extreme age began garnering suspicion. When the time comes for him to retire, he will be weaned off the blood, Dominated into forgetting about the Kindred world, and sent off to live out the rest of his days with a generous pension.
    Marcus is in charge of the day-to-day affairs of the Alhambra's VIP sections, and is responsible for the Communion. The Communion is the weekly distribution of Kindred blood to the ghouls. Due to the sheer number of ghouls working in the Alhambra, a weekly tithe of blood is taken from all residents, and distributed randomly to the ghouls. This ensures they are well-fed and loyal, without specific ghouls being bound to specific masters. The Prince and Marcus are the only two who have access to which ghouls receive which blood.
    Being the Prince's personal ghoul, Marcus receives his Communion directly.

    Rick is a cocky, sarcastic bastard with the fighting prowess to ensure his mouth doesn't get him killed. That's exactly why Hasan loves him. When they first met, Rick was a highly decorated veteran of the Great War, injured in combat and condemned to a life of hospitalization. Hasan gave him a second chance on life at the cost of his servitude. Using the skills he gained in the war, he quickly became the local RCMP's best sharpshooter. However, after a few decades at the top of his game, Rick retired to avoid too much suspicion regarding his agelessness.
    Shortly thereafter, his 'son' joined the local RCMP detachment and quickly rose through the ranks, both due to his previous legacy and Hasan's close ties to key members of local government and police. Rick now heads the Special Investigations Unit for the Greater Verdant Falls Area, and has contacts and influence over several important police officers. Whenever a crime scene needs to be cleaned, or overlooked entirely, Rick has had some part to play in it.

    Dr. Valcius Corr is one of the few mortals alive that has intimate knowledge of the Kindred and the Masquerade but plays no active part in either. Why he has been allowed to live with this information is a mystery to all but the highest echelon of the Camarilla, but the Prince himself has warned the vampires of the city that he will be unable to protect them should they seek to silence Dr. Corr for good.
    Investigations have uncovered he has no ties to the Arcanum, the Inquisition or Pentex - his ambitions are largely his own. He operates and resides in Corr Laboratories, a pharmaceutical research center on the edge of the Iron Graveyard, with a large, secret department devoted to supernatural research.
    His containment team has gained great notoriety among the less lawful creatures of the night. Whenever a blood hunt is called or a rampaging creature needs to be put down, Corr's men often contain the transgressor before the Camarilla can track them down. His experiments have gained equal notoriety; those that are the target of a blood hunt would often rather face execution at the hands of the Camarilla than the torture of Dr. Corr's experiments.

    Mike gained many accolades during his UN peacekeeping in Kosovo, and afterward joined the Canadian Military to serve in Afghanistan. After 6 years of brutal warfare, he emerged a battle-hardened and merciless individual. Unab le to adjust to life in a normal job, he found a warm welcome from the private security firms, protecting very important (and very targeted) persons.
    It was through this work that he first met Jake and Pockets. He came under the pretense of protecting a little-known British aristocrat, but the Malkavian soon ghouled him into complete obedience. Mike resigned from his job, and put his life savings into the protection of the pair. However, like many ghouls, he is happy with his lot in life, and would kill himself without hesitation to save his mistress.
    Given his extensive experience, he has become the de facto leader in the current endeavours; a situation that would be strange if Pockets didn't seem so happy about it.

    Jim is quite popular among the annual vacationers at Blue Tree Provincial Park, but he is most well-known for his work protecting the wildlife in the conservation area to the north of the campsites. Jim is the official parks liaison for the conservationists that reside on the edge of the preservation zone, and he seems to take that duty more seriously than his duties to the campers and cottagers in the sprawling woodland area. He holds the second-highest national record for the number of poachers he has personally caught within his jurisdiction.
    Jim is also a well-respected public speaker and humanitarian. He has raised funds to set up three soup kitchens and a homeless shelter in Verdant Falls. Jim's wife and three children have a modest home in the suburbs, but his family spends a large amount of time in Blue Tree year-round.
